The management of Pannunion Plc is committed to consider the quality management and HACCP provisions as primary aspects during all of its operations. By continuously improving its achievements in the area of environment protection by avoiding pollution, it strives to comply with social and legal requirements. By providing the needed tools and ensuring prerequisites, managers take an active role in the implementation of targets set by the Company.
The integrated management system and policy are important factors of our Corporate strategy. The basic objective of Pannunion Plc's human resources strategy is that all our employees should actively take part in the continuous development of strategic items. They should learn the applicable main requirements, their implementation methods and the requirements determined by the standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and HACCP.
We expect all employees to do their jobs conscientiously, at the highest level, with the objectives in mind, thus striving to fully ensure our customers’ demands and satisfaction.
A requirement towards our suppliers is that they shall accept the principles of our integrated management system and shall accomplish our related requirements.
Our Company was among the first ones to certify as compliant with the ISO 9001:2000 standard and its predecessor quality management system and now, thanks to our continuous development, also operates an ISO 14001 system from the year 2002 and HACCP since 2004.
To monitor our product quality, we have a laboratory equipped with modern measurement and monitoring tools, where among others devices for measuring and controlling luminosity, flow index, wall thickness, linear dimension changes, bearing power (TLS), geometric dimensions, disruptive strength and bar code checking are available.
Our company implemented the use of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system during 2005, extending this approach to all units of the company and even today carries on with the continuous development of the system.
